Woman Secretly Snaps Photos Of Dad, Now Police Are On The Hunt To Find Him [Video]

Disturbing photographs of one man dragging his little girl through a Texas Walmart has sparked outrage. Now police are on the hunt for this child abuser and are asking you to take a look at the photos to see if you can identify him.

Another Walmart shopper, Erika Burch, saw the man pulling the girl by her hair as he picked up yogurt, milk, and other groceries from the giant retail store. Apparently, the man had the girl’s hair “wrapped around the buggy” as he pulled her through the store like a dog.

Burch observed that throughout the ordeal, the little girl kept begging the man to stop pulling her hair…

Thankfully Burch was able to snap a few pictures of the abuser so the police would have a way to identify him.

Apparently, the girl was pleading for her ‘dad’ to stop abusing her. He simply ignored her.

“I promise I won’t do it again! Please stop!” Burch said the little girl cried.

After Burch took the photographic evidence, she told the man to let the little girl go. Instead of listening to her sound advice, the man told her to “mind her own business” which prompted her to respond with:

“No I’m not! Right now this little girl is my business and you need to let her hair go now!”

The child abuse occurred at the Walmart in Cleveland, Texas. Burch flagged down a police officer and he called his sergeant with the Cleveland Police Department.

But the child abuser got away before he could be apprehended. Nevertheless, the photos have been posted to the police department’s Facebook page.

“We want to ensure the community this case is currently being investigated by our Detective Division,” the department said. They also said that Child Protective Service (CPS) “has been contacted per our policy and is also investigating this case.”

Although Burch thought what the man was doing was child abuse, the sergeant laughed and told her that the man “has the right to discipline his children.”

Burch also said that the sergeant claimed that in order for Texas to classify it as “abuse there had to be bodily injury to the child”.

Hundreds of people have contacted the department complaining that they should investigate. In response, Cleveland police issued the following statement on their Facebook page:

“The Cleveland Police Department has received numerous calls in regards to a child having her hair pulled last night at Cleveland Wal-Mart. We want to assure the community this case is currently being investigated by our Detective Division. CPS has been contacted per our policy and is also investigating this case. A joint investigation is currently being conducted by both agencies.”

Here’s how citizens responded:

“If that’s how he treats her in public can you imagine what he does behind closed doors.”

“It is unconscionable that your sergeant would have declined to investigate, and to have the gall to suggest this animal had the right to discipline his child that way.”

Do you think this man is just disciplining his little girl? Or should this be classified as child abuse in the state of Texas?
